It guarantees that not only CBD, but also all other bioactive substances are preserved, resulting in a full-spectrum oil containing not only the main active ingredient CBD, but also other plant compounds stored in hemp such as other cannabinoids, essential oils, and terpenes. These expand and complement the effectiveness of CBD and thus improve the overall health effect. However, the CBD content is always mentioned as the reference value in Nordic Oil's offerings.
The company offers its oils in 10ml bottles with the classic concentrations of 5%, 10%, or 15% … cannabidiol. Carrier substances are usually oils that are rich in Omega 3 and Omega 6 acids. A bottle produced this way corresponds to a total amount of about 250 drops for consumption.
Ingestion and Dosage
CBD oil is popular because it is easy to handle and dose. Beginners typically have no problems taking it. Generally, it is recommended to start off slowly with the first dose. Start with an oil that has a relatively low CBD concentration, such as Nordicoil's 5% oil, and take about three drops three times a day. If the oil is well tolerated, the dosage can be gradually increased until the optimal dose is reached.
The drops can also be taken with food or liquids, but the absorption will take longer because the normal digestive process must be completed. Faster absorption occurs when the drops are placed under the tongue and left there for a short period of time. This way, a part of the active ingredient is absorbed directly through the mucous membrane of the mouth and immediately enters the bloodstream.

In addition to oil, Nordic Oil also offers other products with CBD extracts. Capsules and crystals have a similar indication, but differ in handling. They are preferred by people who do not like the bitter taste of oil. Generally, the same dosing applies as for oil. However, it must be taken into account that absorption takes longer with capsules, as the entire degradation process, including the capsule shell, must be passed through.
Crystals consist of pure CBD, initially appear very expensive but their effect is already achieved with small amounts. Their dosage is very difficult and should be reserved for experienced users who also have the appropriate equipment. A slightly different form of application, but containing the same extracts, is the paste. Here, CBD is dissolved in coconut oil and beeswax. The possibilities and conditions of taking it are the same as with oil. Mixing with food is possible, but better absorption is achieved when the paste is placed under the tongue for about 60 seconds in a fasted state. The CBD paste is available in concentrations of 30% and 40% CBD, making it particularly suitable for macro-dosage. Recently, the CBD products offered for pets in the shop have a special position.
